30-Day Return Guarantee
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving their item(s) for returns. If you have received a defective or damaged item, a missing part, or the wrong product, please email us immediately at leideatoys@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
180-Day Warranty
We offer a 180-day warranty for product issues:
- Repair Parts Guarantee: If the assessment shows that le-idea is responsible for the issue, we will repair or replace necessary parts at no charge.
- Accessories Warranty: We will replace any defective accessories.
30-Day Whole Unit Warranty
For 30 days after purchase, we will handle quality-related issues with a replacement of the whole unit.

Return Process
To return an item, email customer service to obtain the return address. Once received, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the provided address.

Refunds
