30-Day Return Guarantee

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving their item(s) for returns. If you have received a defective or damaged item, a missing part, or the wrong product, please email us immediately at leideatoys@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

180-Day Warranty

We offer a 180-day warranty for product issues:

  • Repair Parts Guarantee: If the assessment shows that le-idea is responsible for the issue, we will repair or replace necessary parts at no charge.
  • Accessories Warranty: We will replace any defective accessories.

30-Day Whole Unit Warranty

For 30 days after purchase, we will handle quality-related issues with a replacement of the whole unit.
Reminder: Ensure you operate and maintain your drone as directed.

Return Process

To return an item, email customer service to obtain the return address. Once received, securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the provided address.
Note: We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method for your return.

Refunds

After inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 15 days for processing. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
